At Boshon Outfit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under certain conditions as outlined in our policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we canβt offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Return & Exchange Conditions:
You must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.
A bill/invoice must be provided for any exchange or return.
Only defective or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for returns; returns due to personal preference will not be accepted.

- You can exchange for a different size or color of the same design (if available).
- The exchange process may take 2-7 business days.
Refunds
- Only defective or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
